• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register Accounts on qqgg.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of qqgg's services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on qqgg at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether for yourself or in conjunction with other individuals — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with any duplicate Accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. qqgg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. 8. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the qqgg Platform — including but not limited to the qqgg brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software code, game assets, betting interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of qqgg or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of qqgg. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit qqgg's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by qqgg's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
